Patrick O’Brien

Patrick O’Brien is an executive with ~20 years of experience in middle-market corporate finance and private equity. Patrick specializes in special situations including carveouts, first institutional capital in, and executing internal M&A strategies. Patrick has advised or executed on dozens of transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side and raised in excess of $1 billion in credit facilities to support growth strategies.  

Patrick is a Co-Founder and the Partner of Triskelion Equity Partners and currently serves as President and on the Board of Directors for several distribution and business service entities including Nickson Industries Acquisition Company, Inc. and Westinghouse Electric Corporation.  He has served as the Chief Financial Officer of companies ranging from $1 million to $30 million in EBITDA.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration from the Ohio State University.
